This 6-module course is designed for those ready to improve their relationship with themselves. We take a heart centered approach to achieve inner peace, authenticity, clarity, confidence, and purpose. If you experience anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or just feel stuck, these modules provide tools to help you reconnect, build trust, and listen to your inner wisdom. You will learn to let go of negative thoughts, old beliefs, fears, and past traumas that hold you back. You will replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones, boosting your confidence to overcome challenges with strength and resiliency. By the end of the course, you'll have tools to nurture your nervous system, finding your way back home in your body where you are safe, supported, and loved from within. You will learn to feel good more often and embody abundance and positivity with more joy and happiness. Through practical knowledge, coaching, breathwork, yoga nidra, exercises, journal prompts, and other somatic practices, you'll be ready to step into and embrace a vibrant and fulfilling life that reflects your true self and vision.

How it works
To kick-off the course you will be required to watch a 45 minute recorded Zoom video prior to the course start date.
Orientation
1:1 - 6 live calls/meetings either online through Zoom or in-person (cadence is usually every 1-3 weeks depending on a person’s schedule.
Group Cohort - weekly live calls online through Zoom for 6 weeks.

How does your body (nervous system) speak to you in times of uncertainty? When you feel ungrounded, anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected? Learn to recognize and interpret the signals your body shares, both physically and emotionally. View these sensations, emotions and feelings as invitations for expansion and growth, rather than obstacles that keep you stuck. By understanding your nervous system, you can feel confident in your ability to return to a place of peace and calm. When you trust and connect deeply with yourself, you realize that everything you need - strength, resilience, and the power to create in alignment with your truest self - already exists within you.
Module 1: How does my body speak to me?
Identify an area in your life where you’re ready to see a shift - a place where you want to grow, transform, and create meaningful change from within yourself. This is going deep and asking yourself what am I currently manifesting and how am I currently showing up - and how do I want this to be different. It’s about going into your subconscious and choosing something that will make the greatest impact across all areas of your life. Together, we’ll go through a process to define your focus and set a powerful intention that supports lasting transformation from within. Common areas include who you are and how you are showing up in your relationships, career, friendships, family dynamics, health, and finances.
Ask yourself: Who is the person I want to become, and what’s been holding me back?
Module 2: Where do I feel most stuck?
As you begin to embody a new version of yourself, a process of letting go, releasing and reframing naturally unfolds. This process may invite you to clear away stuck energy, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, old patterns and behaviours, old stories, pain, trauma, and fear that have been holding you back, and keeping you stuck. By releasing from the subconscious - moving beyond your ego - you can pursue your intention with openness and love, grounded in your heart and soul. Breathwork is a powerful tool for this, helping you move beyond the thinking mind and into the body, allowing for true, lasting release and transformation. Remember, infinite wisdom resides in your heart, while the mind holds only finite knowledge.
Module 3: Letting go, releasing and reframing.
Creating from abundance and positivity. What might be possible if could feel good more often? What might you be capable of if you trust yourself enough to know that even in difficult times, you have the power to find your way back to feeling good. Learn to see yourself as a magnet for all that you desire - tapping into the feminine energy of allowing things to flow to you. Shift into a heart and soul - centered approach to envisioning where you want to go and what you want to create. Rather than just thinking about it, feel your way into this vision. What identity do you want to embody? By prioritizing feeling good, you invite more joy and happiness into your life. Together, we’ll build a toolkit to help you reconnect with this energy whenever you feel yourself slipping away from it. Your power to create is rooted in this connection, and when you’re aligned with your purpose, you’ll feel grounded, at ease, and deeply at peace.
Module 4: Allowing yourself to feel good
Embracing your vision as reality. It is from this place of feeling good, that we focus on the powerful process of calling in what you truly desire. When you cultivate a state of feeling good, you become a magnet for your heart’s deepest desires, drawing in what aligns with your true self and letting go of anything that no longer serves you. This process is about embodying your desires - not just wishing for them. As you step into a high-vibrational, positive energy, you’ll begin to notice that life flows more effortlessly. You’ll experience less resistance, less need for control, and greater ease as you attract what you’ve been waiting for. You’ll witness your intentions becoming your reality, embodying it as your identity. This connection brings you closer to your purpose and path, allowing you to live in true alignment and authenticity with yourself.
Module 5: Calling it all in
Module 6: Coming home to your body, heart and soul
Feeling safe, supported and loved from within. In this final module, we bring everything together with a gentle reminder - you are your own safe haven and inner sanctuary. The love, safety, and support you seek are already within YOU. Every breath you take is an invitation to return home to your body, to reconnect with your inner peace, strength and wisdom. This is the most powerful place to be - rooted in yourself, in your very being, just as you are. It’s the foundation that will carry you through life’s challenges, reminding you that no matter what comes your way, you have everything you need within to navigate it with grace and resilience.

Meet your facilitator:
Shannon is a breathwork facilitator, yoga nidra instructor and certified Trauma of Money Coach. Drawing from both her professional and personal experiences, she is dedicated to guiding you on your path of healing, wellness and self-empowerment. Shannon spent 15 years in the corporate world working in advertising, marketing, sales and business development before creating The Collective Alchemy. Here she is passionate about helping you heal your relationship with yourself so you can reconnect with yourself and find your way back home in your body - creating trust, safety, security, support and love from within, regardless of life's challenges.
Stemming from her own experiences of extreme anxiety and a completely dysregulated nervous system on and off for over 7 years, she eventually learned the value in finding better coping mechanisms and tools to regulate herself back to balance. During this time her mental, emotional and physical health were affected greatly. Her anxiety showed up as overwhelm, lack of purpose, lack of focus and clarity, lack of presence, poor sleep, low energy, constant nausea and digestive issues, decreased happiness and joy, physical aches and pain in the body, depression, indecision, anger, reactivity plus so much more. She felt like a passenger in her own body - stuck - without having the tools to move through things in a healthy way. Together, this caused her to disconnect from herself, only making matters worse . All this to say - she has been in the trenches and gets it. How hard it can feel and how hard it can feel to see the light at the end of the tunnel when the right guidance, support and tools aren’t available or known. Things she now has, but wished she had then! She believes that how you show up for yourself is key to how you show up for others (and quite frankly - how they show up for you), making self-care an important place to start.
Shannon offers a safe, nurturing space to help you gently move away from your conscious thinking mind and move more into your body and heart (subconscious realm), so you can move through blocks, shift limiting beliefs and narratives and realign with your purpose, creating a life you are excited and inspired to live. Through somatic practices like breathwork, yoga nidra, and meditation, along with practical education, her approach focuses on reducing stress, anxiety, pain, trauma, sadness, anger, fear, grief, and other emotional barriers, while balancing your nervous system. Creating cohesion between mind, body, heart and soul. What we believe in the body, needs to match what we believe in our mind and vice versus.
Her goal is to empower you reduce stress and anxiety (along with gaining valuable tools to cope with these things when life is more challenging), increase clarity, boost confidence, feel more focused and productive, calmer and more grounded, and enhance your overall well-being and happiness in both your personal and professional spheres.
In addition to The Shift: Reclaiming Your True Self, Shannon also runs public and private groups, retreats and collaborates with corporate teams for custom tailored workshops. Shannon is based in Whistler, BC, and, when not working, enjoys traveling, snowboarding, biking, surfing, and exploring the outdoors with friends and family. In order to get the most out of this program, I recommend setting aside the following:
Group Cohort - 2 hours each week to watch the weekly video module (either live or recorded).
1:1 - 1.5 hours each week to watch the weekly video module (either live or recorded). Or attend in person.
Group and 1:1 - 30 mins + to do the module homework on your time.
After the program ends you are welcome to attend the monthly 30 minute group calls to answer additional questions and offer insights to help you keep the momentum of The Shift experience going.

I find that people make the time if they are serious about making changes in their life. To reduce stress and anxiety, to have more clarity, to feel good more often, and to feel safe and at home in their body.

Great question. This is completely a personal choice based on your unique situation and learning style.
Both 1:1 and the group follow the structure and format of the 6 modules but…
1:1 offers a much more personalized and custom tailored experience because everything is about you! You get the entire 1.5 hours for each module to yourself.
The group offers a less personalized and customized experience but you have the support of a group dynamic. Sharing experiences with others that might be going through the same thing or similar things you are.
