“The Peace is Power Retreat was very well organized, the food was amazing, and flow
of activities was perfect. Shannon and Rainbow are incredible at providing a nurturing container for soul work, making sure you feel comfortable with the emotional, and sometimes physical, releases. They make you feel completely at ease and handle what comes up with grace and compassion, which helps you feel at ease with yourself, letting your guard down to really ground into what needs to be processed. It is empowering to be witnessed on this journey, and these women truly are your cheerleaders. From tea ceremonies in the morning to breathwork and shamanic work in the evening, the days were packed full of juicy goodness but still allowed time for reflection and integration, walks on the beach, and fun things like surfing and beach fires. I am very grateful to have had this experience and to have these women in my corner. Thank you Rainbow and Shannon.
