In the comforting space of a 1:1 setting, you can delve into your inner world with confidence, knowing that the entirety of the session is dedicated to your unique experience. These sessions serve as a pathway to help you get out of your thinking mind and move into your body so you feel more connected with your intuition and inner guidance, facilitating the release of anxiety, tension, stress, pain and trauma from within the body. Doing so helps you rediscover your authentic self, purpose and path you wish to create for yourself in life.
Each session is guided with music and my voice. Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes. This time allows for meaningful conversations, intention-setting, and a thoughtful integration and reflection period before concluding.
By the end of the session, you'll feel rejuvenated and equipped with a deeper understanding and connection to yourself and a clearer vision of how you want to feel and what you want to create moving forward. No experience is necessary.

This 6-module course is for anyone ready to look inside and heal their relationship with themselves, a heart centered approach to embracing a life of inner peace and calm, authenticity, clarity, confidence, and purpose. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck, these modules offer the tools to help you reconnect with yourself, build trust and hear the wisdom you have within, nurture your nervous system, and release old patterns, stories, and fear that are holding you back. You’ll learn how to replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones, feel safe, supported and loved from within, and overcome obstacles with strength and resilience. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident you can bring yourself back home to your body. To a place of feeling good - living and embodying abundance and positivity.
